Johan has joined the sales team with a focus on business development. With over 15 years of experience in B2B sales, where he has held roles such as Key Account Manager and Sales Manager, he is passionate about understanding customer needs and finding solutions that truly make a difference. He previously worked in the media industry and most recently at OKQ8 with solar energy and energy storage, where he helped customers with their climate transition.

At Axion, Johan looks forward to deepening relationships with our existing customers and building new partnerships where business development, sales, and problem solving are the focus, always with the goal of creating value through smarter and more effective working methods.

Johan’s motto is: “Sales starts with understanding – the solution comes after.” When Johan isn’t out meeting customers, he prefers to spend time with his wife Liza and their three daughters, or on the padel court.
